East Jefferson Street Project

2025-2026 Roy M. Lilly, Jr. Award Scott & Peggy Rich With the exception of their personal residence, 519 E. Jefferson, Scott and Peggy Rich have acquired distressed properties at 502, 508, and 526 E.  Jefferson, completing painstaking rehabilitation work, and returning each of these houses to full residential use.
