Michael & Debbie Abdoney
Dog and Pony’s current location at 213 S. Broad Street is the oldest surviving building in the 200 block of S. Broad Street. Originally constructed in 1880, the building has housed a drycleaners, the 1940s Sunshine Kitchen, and most recently as space for Toscoga to display antiques.
For several years, Toscoga designer Kevin Fuchs, had envisioned transforming the space into an English-style pub. The involvement of Michael and Debbie Abdoney brought Keivn’s vision to life. Renovations included construction of a commercial kitchen and restrooms, installation of an English-style bar and a storefront reflective of the English countryside.
