In partnership with local builders, developers, and banks, the Thomasville Community Development Corporation is transforming vacant and blighted properties into attainable homeownership opportunities for the local workforce. The houses constructed within the 600 block of N. Stevens Street were built to conform with the City’s Neighborhood Design Standards which reflects the historic character of housing built historically within the neighborhood.
