Thomasville Landmarks is a non-profit historic preservation organization, dedicated to enriching the quality of life in Thomas County through programs and initiatives that preserve, promote, and protect the architecture, history, and heritage of our region. We strive to redefine the parameters of what makes something worth preserving.
From white columns to small houses, we have expanded and innovated in the field of preservation since 1964. Landmarks protects the historic character of our community for the enjoyment and economic benefit of present and future generations. We do this by preserving significant buildings and landscapes, educating the public of the importance of our region’s unique cultural heritage, and restoring buildings and revitalizing neighborhoods.
