320 East Calhoun

2024 Miller-Jinright Award
John & Tonia Streets

Abandoned for more than 10 years, the cottage located at 320 East Calhoun Street was returned to residential use by John and Tonia Streets. Constructed in 1926, this 1,000 square foot residential property required in-kind replacement of all windows, installation of new systems, restoration of the house’s original oak flooring and original wainscot. The property is now home to the Streets’ son Nick.
