The Imperial Hotel

In partnership with the Jack Hadley Black History Museum, we're working to save one of Thomasville's significant African-American landmarks.

Preservation Awards

Each year, Landmarks recognizes significant contributions to the preservation and enhancement of historic resources in the Thomas County area.

Kentucky Derby Party

Kick off the most exciting two minutes in sports while promoting historic preservation in Thomasville. All proceeds benefit Thomasville Landmarks' most impactful community enrichment programs like Operation CARE, Neighborhood Revitalization, Education and Outreach, and more.

To preserve, promote, and protect the architecture and history of Thomas County- For nearly 50 years, Landmarks has been realizing this mission through various programs that enrich the quality of life in the region. From fixing leaky roofs, to registering historic districts, to educating the public, our programs provide opportunities for our members and the public to meet, cooperate, get involved, learn, and volunteer.
